What Is Remali

Remali is the rewards system created by Regenize to encourage consistent recycling through the REACT recycling programme. Remali recognises households that participate in zero-waste actions.

 

To simplify the experience and build excitement. Remali now operates through a monthly rewards draw model.

This means:

  • No points to track

  • No balances to manage

  • No confusion

Instead, every verified recycling collection becomes an entry into a monthly prize draw.

 

The goal is simple:

Recycle weekly. Stand a chance to win monthly.

Remali exists to reward the behaviour that helps build stronger recycling systems, bring about excitement and fun in zero-waste practices supporting the circular economies in Mzansi.

Qualification Rules

To qualify for an entry:

​

  • Sign up with REACT recycling service

  • Use contactable details

  • Bin or bag of clean, dry recyclable materials

  • No contamination (no food waste or soiled items)

​

No collection = missed entry.

FAQ

How many winners are there?
One winner per hub, one winner for paid every month.

How will I know if I’ve won?
We contact the winner privately and announce publicly after confirmation.
 
Is this replacing the old points system?
Yes. The monthly draw replaces the legacy points model.

Legacy System Notice

We acknowledge that the legacy points system experienced technical and operational challenges.
A fair redemption window was provided from 1–28 February and extended to the 31st of March.

The old points model has now been formally closed.
From 1 March, Remali continues in a simpler, more transparent and exciting way!
